The Somnath Temple is one of the most famous Hindu temples in India, located in Prabhas Patan, Veraval, Gujarat, on the coast of the Arabian Sea. It is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is revered as the first of the twelve Jyotirlingas (sacred shrines of Shiva).
