Palladium Mall in Ahmedabad

Phoenix Mills, the developer of Palladium mall, has launched its new mall in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, in joint venture with Ahmedabad-based realtor B Safal Group, bringing 250 national and international brands under one roof.
The five-story mall, which includes a dining area on two floors and a nine-screen PVR multiplex, is expected to cost around Rs 850 crore.


The mall, which spans 7,50,000 square feet, will bring 35 global luxury brands to Ahmedabad for the first time. The mall has 228 stores and parking facility for 750 vehicles.

   In addition, the company intends to open a second mall in Surat. The company has acquired land for the Surat project and is awaiting the mandatory approvals. The mall will have approximately one million square feet of retail space and is expected to be completed within the next three years.

   Phoenix Mills currently operates 8.8 million square feet of retail space across eight cities in India. In the next three to four months, the company expects to add another three million square feet of retail space by opening new malls in Pune and Bengaluru.
